Investment Intern

• →Support to evaluate property and compile due diligence packets.

• →Research current market conditions and trends.

• →Assist to complete financial reports.

• →Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

1. Education: Study in Real Estate, Finance, Economics (3rd year or 4th year student).

2. Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.

3. PC skills: Good at Microsoft Office.

4. Language: Proficient English (both speaking and writing).

5. Key characteristics:

• Commitment, accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good working attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Commit to do full-time internship at least 3 months (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
