Senior Financial Analyst

• →Produce high-quality real estate valuation and feasibility study reports. This includes collecting project information, site inspections, market research, modelling, reviewing, writing reports, and liaising with clients and other third parties.
• →Allocate and review tasks performed by financial analysts and interns. You will also be involved in the recruitment process.
• →Maintain, develop, and network with existing and potential clients.
• →Manage our clients requests in a timely and professional manner.
• →Prepare capability statements, proposals, contracts, marketing material and high-quality blog content.

• Degree in Finance/ Economics/Valuations/ Real Estate.
• At least three years-experience in conducting real estate feasibility study or related work.
• Proficient in English (both speaking and writing) (IELTS over 6.5 or equivalent, internationally educated).
• Professional certificates (RICS, MOF Valuers, CFA etc.) are preferred.
