As an Associate - Client Services at Savvital, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client services in a virtual environment.

• →Administrative Support - Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• →Communication Management - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• →Meeting Coordination - Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
• →Task Prioritization - Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
• →Research and Analysis - Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
• →Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• →Customer Complaint Analysis - Analyze customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• →Price Quotes - Prepare and offer price quotes to clients’ customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.

• Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
