About the Role
Savvital is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and energetic Executive Assistant & Marketing
Coordinator (VP) to partner with a top-producing US Real Estate Broker and Property Investor.
The primary mission of this role is to take end-to-end ownership of social media marketing, digital
content execution, CRM management, and high-touch calendar scheduling off the client's plate.
By serving as an accountability partner and operational "sidekick," you will allow the client to focus
entirely on closing high-value sales, expanding a rental portfolio, and reclaiming their personal
time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Marketing Management
2. Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute weekly/monthly content calendars
featuring property listings, closed deals, market insights, and client testimonials.
Copywriting & Voice Alignment: Draft engaging, high-quality social captions, email blasts, and
scripts. Content must not read like generic, machine-generated copy—it must authentically reflect
the client’s voice, analytical investor mindset, and approachable tone.
Video Scripting & Basic Editing: Create ready-to-use 60-second video scripts/Q&A prompts for
Instagram Reels and short-form video. Perform light video editing (e.g., using CapCut or Canva) to
prepare videos for posting.
Social Media Management: Oversee operations across personal and business social channels
(Instagram and Facebook), including setting up new dedicated business pages. Drive organic
engagement by interacting with 20–30 target community accounts daily.
2. Database & CRM Operations (Follow Up Boss)
2. Maintain database cleanliness, ensure accurate contact tags, and eliminate pipeline
bottlenecks.
Build, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up drip
sequences (subject to client review/approval).
Ensure every lead inside the CRM has a clear, actionable next step.
3. Calendar Management & Scheduling
3. Book property showings, manage daily appointment requests, and attach Calendly booking
links across all digital touchpoints.
Conduct confirmation calls/reminders and execute timely reschedule workflows for no-shows or
canceled appointments.
Maintain a rigorous daily appointment confirmation routine.
4. Strategic Executive Support & Accountability
4. Act as a proactive "sidekick/quarterback," regularly auditing stalling deals or pending tasks
and prompting the client on high-priority follow-ups.
Manage transaction checklists, key deadline reminders, and occasional administrative tasks
related to property investment activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have (Knockout Criteria):
Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills (client-facing standard).
Marketing & Content: Demonstrated experience in content planning, scriptwriting, copywriting,
and basic video editing for social media.
CRM Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing a CRM platform (preference for Follow
Up Boss or similar real estate/sales CRMs).
Availability: Full commitment to work the required US Eastern schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST /
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience in the US Real Estate market or working with US small business owners.
Familiarity with real estate transaction tools such as Dotloop or RealScout.
Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to refine and draft copy in a specific brand voice.
Proficiency with design and editing software (Canva, CapCut).
Multilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.
Core Competencies & Personal Attributes
Proactive Initiative: You don't wait for step-by-step instructions—you bring concrete ideas,
solutions, and content plans to the table.
High Energy & Warmth: Confident, personable, and adaptable; able to match the upbeat energy of
a high-performing broker.
Ownership Mindset: Takes pride in driving marketing efforts independently while upholding high
quality standards.
