The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders across India and the wider APAC region. This role combines core HRBP responsibilities with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition (TA) delivery, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality talent aligned to business priorities.
The role will support business growth by driving workforce planning, end-to-end recruitment, and people initiatives, while partnering closely with regional leadership and Centres of Excellence (CoEs). They will operate as a hands-on, delivery-focused HR Business Partner, with a strong bias for action and accountability across the full employee lifecycle. This role requires a “doer” mindset, balancing strategic partnering with direct execution across recruitment, employee relations, and core HR processes.
Partner with business leaders across India and APAC, as well as stakeholders in the US and EMEA, to understand organisational priorities and translate them into strategic people plans.
Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, restructuring, and organisational design
Support leaders in driving engagement, capability building, and organisational effectiveness
Act as a trusted advisor, balancing commercial needs with HR best practice
Support with end-to-end recruitment delivery across India and selected APAC markets
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy
Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners
Drive diversity hiring and ensure compliance with organisational hiring standards and governance
Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) and take corrective action

Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across multiple regions (India/APAC exposure preferred)
Solid understanding of Indian employment law and HR practices
Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
Action-oriented with a strong delivery mindset
