Sr Adv Legal Counsel

As a Senior Advanced Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting ADI Global Distribution’s global commercial operations, providing proactive and solution-driven legal guidance across sales, procurement, operations, IT, services, and product development.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, sales, supplier, distribution, marketing, service, customer terms, NDAs, Statements of Work, SaaS, licensing, joint development and other technology agreements
• Stay informed on legal and regulatory matters, including laws, commercial transactions and compliance issues as required
• Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures including playbooks, standard form agreements, and internal contracting controls
• Support Legal department leadership and business teams in other legal, commercial strategy, and compliance matters as required
• Provide support for complex litigation matters
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders and external partners in negotiating contracts, analyzing risk and providing advice to team members as needed

• Law degree and passed the bar examination in Serbia
• At least five years of relevant commercial legal experience in a large corporation or law firm environment
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

• Experience working in international and global teams, supporting cross-border stakeholders and navigating multi-jurisdictional legal environments
• Experience advising on compliance matters
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
