Bilingual Call Center Agent – Multiple Business Areas

Scalepex is hiring full-time, long-term Bilingual Call Center Agents to join our team in Querétaro. This is a direct employment opportunity with Scalepex, offering stability, professional growth, and structured training.

We support U.S.-based clients across several business areas, including:

• Legal services (law firms & client support)
• Gas & Electricity services
• Medical diagnostic clinics (appointment scheduling)
• Sales Campaigns

Based on your experience, communication style, and strengths, you will be assigned to the business area where you can perform best and grow faster.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional call center environment
• Provide customer service, scheduling, or sales support depending on your assigned area
• Follow established scripts and quality standards
• Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
• Meet performance and productivity goals

What we’re looking for

• Advanced English
• Full-time availability, 100% on-site (Arboledas, Querétaro)
• Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working with call volume and performance metrics
