Part-time Operations Dispatch

Our ideal candidate will have superb multitasking skills along with the ability to make decisions independently. As our goal is to transmit accurate information in a timely manner, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

• →Inputs and coordinates all incoming work orders, ensuring accuracy of information
• →Navigates through various customer portals to manage end to end work order flow
• →Acts as the first point of contact for client inquiries or escalations, responding quickly and accurately
• →Maintains an excellent understanding of the client’s requirements and ensures that the requirements are communicated and understood across the organization
• →Oversee all communications in connection with large clients providing follow up and coordinating with all departments across the country
• →Generates reports through Microsoft Excel, and customer portals
• →Assist with internal employee troubleshooting, using manuals and documents available. IE: Programs, technology, system usage.
• →Manages tight timelines and deadlines
• →Adhere to Company Core Values: Service, Motivate, Respect and Connect
• →Any other tasks as required.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English (French is an asset)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of Kissflow is an asset

• Works a flexible schedule that may include day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Provides coverage for employee absences, including sick leave, vacations, and other planned time off.

• 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter
• 20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks)
• 45 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
