Kitchen Supervisor Hourly

• →Assume culinary duties during the shift
• →Engage in proactive measures to assist the Executive Chef
• →Supervises, trains, and monitors culinary staff  
• →Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards  
• →Oversee culinary operations in absence of the Executive Chef
• →Performs department opening and/or closing duties
• →Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times  
• →Immediately and respectfully resolves culinary guest requests  
• →Perform various other duties as assigned  

• Minimum of High School education  
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/culinary experience leading shifts
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred 

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally  
• Team player  
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members  
• Ability to multi-task 
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts 
• Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards 
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
