→Experience in healthcare compliance, infection control, clinical operations, practice management, occupational safety, or a closely related field.
→Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control requirements as they apply to medical or dental practices.
→Confident presentation and training skills — you can hold a room of clinical staff and make regulatory content land.
→Strong writing and documentation skills, with the accuracy and timeliness that audit reporting demands.
→Ability to work independently, manage a territory calendar, and stay organized without day-to-day supervision.
→Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Clinical or practice background (RN, LPN, RDH, CDA, medical assistant, practice administrator) or prior compliance consulting experience.
Compliance credentials such as CHC, CHPC, CHSP, CIC, or equivalent.
Experience conducting audits, risk analyses, or regulatory assessments.
Comfort with a consultative approach to growing an existing book of business.
