HR Systems & Digital Innovation
- Serve as primary steward for HRIS (BIPO) and peripheral applications, ensuring high system uptime, rigorous data governance, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Product & Technology team and external vendors to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execute seamless system upgrades, portal enhancements, and digital workflows.
- Champion process automation and introduce AI-enabled capabilities to streamline routine HR tasks and improve operational efficiency.
People Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely HR analytics reports and executive dashboards on a regular schedule.
- Continuously refine data models, report formats, and metrics based on stakeholder feedback to provide actionable business insights to leadership.
Documentation, Training & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures, user instruction manuals, and documentation on internal knowledge bases (SCOOP).
- Deliver technical support and user training to HR staff and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and optimal utilization of HR platforms.
C&B Operations & HR Projects
- Support annual performance and compensation review cycles (salary reviews, bonuses, promotions), managing data consolidation and system updates in BIPO.
- Assist in core C&B operations, including monthly payroll support, internal/external HR audits, year-end tax filings, rental reimbursement compliance, and leave management.
- Support key strategic HR projects and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS within a multinational corporation or large conglomerate.
- Hands-on system experience with the BIPO system will be advantageous.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation, process automation, or AI-enabled initiatives within HR or business operations.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills, and able to collaborate with different teams and external vendors.
- Strong customer service mind-set, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
