Business Analyst

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Manager, you will be the strategic driver of insights and requirements – driving accountability, clarity and momentum across the full project lifecycle.  

• Document clear and concise business requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement activities to identify requirements that will resolve business
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support outcomes
• Prepare documentation such as business cases, functional specifications, process maps and training materials
• Validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with organisational objectives

• Bachelor (or above) in Business, IT or related field
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis across the full project lifecycle within a structured PMO or ePMO environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
• Proven ability to ensure alignment between business requirements and project outcomes to ensure delivered solutions meet intended benefits
• Proficiency in Business Analysis tools and methodology (BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, Signavio, Power BI, Monday.com)

The role can be based out of either our Hawthorn (Vic) or Kingsgrove (NSW) Office based on a hybrid (3 day a week on-site) model working arrangement.
