The Senior Business Analyst will be working closely with the Product Owner, key business stakeholders and delivery team (developers). This role is instrumental in ensuring that Product features, functional and technical requirements are accurately defined, documented, and prioritised and communicated to all relevant stakeholders (onshore & offshore).
- Document and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria, breaking down epics into deliverable sprint-sized work
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement, gathering requirements and aligning outcomes to business value
- Manage backlog prioritisation and sprint planning, communicating upcoming work with the scrum team and stakeholders
- Track actions, issues and dependencies, maintaining strong Jira hygiene and ensuring traceability of requirements
- Collaborate with delivery teams and third parties to remove blockers, support testing, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices
- 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience in large-scale programs, with strong exposure to ServiceNow IRM or GRC capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, including running workshops and presenting clear, concise insights
- Proven ability to work autonomously while mentoring junior team members and supporting team capability uplift
- Strong problem-solving ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Desirable: ServiceNow certifications or experience across broader modules, experience in Financial Services and ITIL knowledge
