Disability Support Worker

This home supports a mixture of female and male clients with high dependency and high-physical support needs. Support needs include mealtime and epilepsy management, full personal care, bowel care/enema and dysphagia support. If you are a support worker who is hands-on, compassionate, and committed to providing comprehensive care, then this role is for you.

Provide extensive personal care and high-care supports, including showering, toileting, continence management, hoist transfers, dressing, and mealtime assistance, while maintaining participant dignity, choice, and respect.

Resides within a reasonable distance of Jordan Springs and is willing to work shorter shifts as part of a flexible roster.

Are reliable and proactive team players who works collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support to participants.
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in physically demanding environments.

Confidently use computer-based systems and able to complete clear, accurate, and detailed reporting within required timeframes.
