HR Operations Specialist

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.

We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and continue to grow with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to become the operational backbone of our HR team in Cyprus. In this role, you will own and continuously improve HR processes, ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, and help build scalable, efficient systems that support our growing international team.
You will focus on optimizing workflows, maintaining and improving our HR platforms, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring our HR operations are accurate, well-documented and easy to scale. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes and continuously looking for smarter ways of working.

  Support and continuously improve HR operational processes across the entire employee lifecycle.

  Build, document and maintain HR workflows, policies and internal procedures.

  Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, implementing scalable solutions.

  Configure, update and optimize HRIS workflows, templates and automations.

• →

  Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and HR regulations.

• →

  Monitor HR documentation and keep internal knowledge bases up to date.

  Create reports, dashboards and HR metrics to support decision-making.

• →

  Collaborate with legal and finance departments on HR-related data and support other administration team members to facilitate the daily processes.

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration.

• Strong understanding of Cypriot employment Law and HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Experience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a strong advantage).

• Strong process-oriented mindset with a passion for organization and continuous improvement.

• Experience implementing automations and optimizing repetitive workflows.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Analytical thinking with confidence working with reports, spreadsheets and HR data.

• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English.
