Responsibilities

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

→Provide program management oversight to ensure the effective support, stability, and ongoing maintenance of Scout IT systems and platforms.
→Partner with business domain leaders to understand objectives, requirements, and challenges; identify opportunities to leverage IT solutions that improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
→Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess available technology solutions, recommend optimal options, and align selections with business needs and industry best practices.
→Lead end‑to‑end implementation efforts, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of IT applications.
→Establish and manage processes for ongoing system support, maintenance, and upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure rapid issue resolution.
→Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, managing contracts, deliverables, budgets, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
→Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
→Define software strategies and develop product roadmaps to ensure long‑term platform viability, scalability, and business continuity.
→Manage the domain IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency, financial accountability, and optimal allocation of resources.
