HR Executive

Reporting to the Head of People, the HR Executive is a dual-function position responsible for the day-to-day operational engine of the HR function while coordinating recruitment activity across the business.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious, results-driven HR professional with 2+ years of experience and a strong digital mindset. You will act as the functional super-user for BambooHR, take ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, and drive operational efficiency by embedding generative AI and automated HR workflows into daily practice. You will also provide recruitment coordination - sourcing, screening, and partnering with hiring managers - to keep hiring pipelines moving seamlessly.

This position demands high integrity, emotional maturity, strong judgement, and the discretion required to manage sensitive employee data and confidential people issues independently.
