Family Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Family Outreach Coordinators to join our Youth & Family Services leadership team in our Exeter and Portsmouth offices. At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescents, adults, and their families in the eastern half of Rockingham County. 

These positions are full-time and require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field. Prior experience working with children, teens, and families; strong work ethic; organization; and time management skills needed. Seeking candidates with prior supervisory experience. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Providing individual and group supervision to a team of Family Outreach Specialists. 

• Supporting the professional development of the Family Outreach Specialists and the use of evidence-based practices in the provision of care.  

• Assuming a small caseload and providing services to children, adolescents, and their families in the home and community settings. 

• Participating in both internal and external meetings related to clinical care. 

• Providing targeted care coordination. 

• Consulting with prescribers and clinical staff.
