✓You will need a reliable car or truck to get to work / valid DL and clean driving record. / Company Vehicles provided on the job but we need to know you will not be walking in the rain come winter

✓MUST be able to have basic computer, internet and typing skills (advanced skills is a "+" but not necessary) = Scheduling & documenting the work our maintenance orders happen on laptop computers onsite billable to the job so if you are a slow typer or struggle with computers, this may be difficult.
