THE MISSION: 12 MONTHS OF ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT This is a high-performance journey designed to push you to your limits and beyond. Over 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in: Frontline Engineering: Real plant and heavy industrial site exposure. Deep Technical Mastery: Asset Performance, Reliability Engineering, and RCM strategy. Problem Solving: Root Cause Analysis and performance optimization projects. The Future: Digital analytics and engineering data interpretation. Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior engineers with quarterly performance tracking. Disciplines Wanted: Mechanical | Electrical | Mechanical Design Must-Haves: A completed BEng/BSc Engineering Degree. At least 1 year of relevant engineering experience. A valid driver’s license.
