We are seeking dependable, professional Security Officers who are:

• Available to work weekends
• Willing to work at least two of the following three shifts:
  • Morning
  • Evening
  • Overnight
• Comfortable working at different Securitas locations throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn
• Reliable and able to adapt to changing site and scheduling needs
• Professional, alert, and committed to providing excellent security services

Position Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for hospital staff, patients, and visitors
• Monitor facility access points and conduct interior/exterior patrols
• Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations
• Assist with de-escalation support when needed
• Complete detailed incident reports and documentation
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the facility

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of prior security or law enforcement experience REQUIRED
• Security experience MUST be clearly listed on your resume
• Candidates with less than 1 year of experience will not be considered
• Active NYS Security Guard License required
• Must provide proof of education (High School Diploma, GED, transcripts, or degree)
• Must be comfortable working in a hospital environment that includes a psychiatric/behavioral health unit
• Must be available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor required
