As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Entry Authorization in Pittston, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

• All candidates must possess a valid driver's license that meets the requirements set forth by the AUS Driver Policy (C123).
• Candidates are required to provide a copy of their valid driver's license during the application process.
• The license must be free of any restrictions that would prevent the candidate from performing their job duties safely and effectively.

• Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license that is recognized in the state where the job will be performed (C124).
• It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that their driver's license is valid and complies with the regulations of the state in which they will be employed.
• A copy of the state-specific driver's license must be submitted prior to the commencement of employment.

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• →Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• →Control access to restricted areas, communicate access concerns to site contacts, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, the facility perimeter, and surrounding areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
