• →Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• →Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, business areas, parking areas, perimeter locations, and restricted-access zones to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• →Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain awareness of controlled areas in accordance with site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following applicable laws, Allied Universal policies, and client requirements for armed personnel.
• →Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and appropriate personnel.

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Have three or more years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
