• →Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or campus partners by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate campus contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points, verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly.
• →Provide directions and general assistance to campus community members and visitors while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic educational environment.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
