• →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable site protocols and reporting requirements.
• →Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• →Maintain required armed-post qualifications and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, client requirements, and applicable laws.

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Have at least 3 years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
