As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Incident Command in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. • →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of visitor, vendor, and employee activity in accordance with site policies.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with management and emergency responders when needed.
• →Prepare accurate reports and document observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Possess a CPO.
• An Armed Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
