As a Security Officer Full Time Clinical Patrol in Baltimore, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• →Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and access-control procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• →Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
