As a Security Officer - Full Time - Unarmed Patrol in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to alarms and assisting visitors, employees, and tenants. • →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points, observe and report unusual conditions, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• →Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and site operations.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
