As a Security Officer Full Time X Ray Screening in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will support screening operations, maintain a visible presence, and provide professional customer service and communication. • →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• →Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• →Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
