As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and contribute to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

• →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a corporate technology location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking locations, building perimeters, and other designated areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and maintaining accurate incident-related documentation.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response protocols.
• →Prepare clear reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client contacts as directed.

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, at least 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
