As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- →Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues.
- →Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
- →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
- →Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Requirements
~1 min read- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
