As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly, and provide outstanding customer service while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, teamwork, caring, innovation, and integrity.

• →Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, package or vehicle-related irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entry and exit points, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• →Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
