As a Security Officer  Patrol Driver Asset Protection in Moreno Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide courteous customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • →Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site leadership and emergency services as appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor for unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations; document observations and complete incident reports in accordance with site procedures.
• →Assist with access control, crowd management, and support for retail operations during busy periods, special events, and emergency situations.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
