Responsibilities

  • →Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in political and/or labor organizing work. 
  • →Past experience supervising and developing staff. 
  • →Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, develop and execute plans with minimal supervision. 
  • →Proven track record of strategic thinking, analysis, and proactive decision-making for successful outcomes. 
  • →Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage and prioritize work under deadlines in a dynamic and evolving environment, both individually and as part of a team. 
  • →Ability to work independently, think creatively, manage time effectively, and take initiative. 
  • →Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive issues related to staff and organization. 
  • →Ability to cultivate trusted and productive working relationships with staff and leaders. 
  • →Exceptional writing and communication skills. 
  • →Demonstrated aptitude for organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in problem-solving within a fast-paced work environment. 
  • →Proficiency in G Suite programs. Familiarity with Quickbase, or similar platforms is a plus.

Work is generally performed in an office setting, but may be required to work in other settings conducive to performing the work required to complete the assignment, such as field assignments. Long and extended hours and travel required.
