- →Manage A/P, A/R, commissions and payouts
- →Own the month end close and the P&L, not just the data entry
- →Work directly with our CEO, our GM, our outside accounting firm and our family office
- →Use AI every day to work faster and more accurately
- Have less than 2 years of real bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Aren’t confident in QuickBooks
- Struggle with accuracy or attention to detail
- Live more than 30 minutes from West Lake Hills. This role is in office, 5 days a week
- Are not willing to use AI to do the job betterreally love them
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with Rippling or payroll prep
- Familiarity with financial forecasting
- Experience in online/service-based businesses
- A systems-builder mindset
- A love for learning and process improvement
