We had a choice: protect what we built, or reinvent ourselves.

We chose reinvention.

In December 2024, we made the full strategic pivot to AI-first customer experience. By February 2025, we'd launched our AI agent for enterprise CX—built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. And in November 2025, we rebranded to delight.ai.

The name says it all. AI's real promise isn't efficiency or cost savings. It's giving customers back something they lost—the feeling of being truly understood and cared for. Not satisfied. Delighted.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing & Operations: Build candidate pipelines to support diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process, focusing on sourcing top talent from competitors.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the recruiting functions and duties to ensure a seamless hiring engine.
  • AI-Native Process & Data:
    - Leverage AI tools to build and manage recruiting activity related reports, gathering and analyzing competitor data for strategic insights.
    - Collaborate with our recruiting team to improve processes and programs through AI-driven automation.
    - Participate in brainstorming meetings and share ideas for recruiting and branding projects.
  • High-Touch Coordination:
    - Schedule and coordinate various stages of the recruiting process, from phone, virtual, and onsite interviews (currently all conducted virtually).
    - Manage and post jobs on varying careers websites and research additional posting options to maximize reach.
    - CV uploading and data management within our ATS (Greenhouse) system to maintain high data integrity.
  • You are energized by the "hunt" for target talent from competitors and use AI to map out market landscapes faster than anyone else.
  • You find it genuinely satisfying to solve the "calendar Tetris" of complex interview loops across different time zones.
  • You reach for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks and draft high-impact candidate outreach.
  • You are a lifelong learner, always looking for ways to improve and to learn everything there is to know about the company, market trends, and the teams with whom you partner.
  • You're a self-starter that works well independently, as well as in a team setting.

 

  • A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related Social Science field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced working environment (Startup experience is a plus).
  • AI-Native Mindset: You are comfortable using AI-assisted tools to close the gap between insight and execution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS is preferred.
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Contract Period: 4 month (Opportunity for contract extension based on individual performance and business needs.)

 

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird.  We also value collaboration and relationship building.  With those values in mind, we require all employees within an hour's commute range of their local office to gather with their team in the office twice per week as a minimum.  Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule.  Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
