     We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of healthcare technology in Thailand. You'll lead product strategy for our enterprise healthcare solutions that serve major hospital networks, working directly with medical professionals to solve real clinical challenges.

     In this role, you'll drive product decisions that impact thousands of healthcare workers and millions of patients across hospital networks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software that improves patient care and hospital operations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in healthcare technology

  • Own product metrics and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement

  • Define product strategy for healthcare software solutions serving 5+ hospital chains

  • Lead product roadmap from concept to implementation across multiple hospital sites

  • Manage product releases and coordinate go-live activities across hospital networks

  • Drive product delivery through full development lifecycle with engineering teams using Agile methodology

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams

  • Partner with clinical stakeholders (doctors, nurses, hospital administrators) to understand workflow needs

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare standards (PDPA, HL7, DICOM)

  • Support enterprise sales through product demos and RFP responses

  • Support enterprise implementations, including user training, change management, and post-launch optimization


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience with B2B enterprise software

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology or hospital systems

  • Understanding of healthcare standards (HL7, DICOM) and clinical workflows

  • Experience with Agile development and cross-functional team leadership

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HIS, EMR, LIS, or other hospital information systems

  • Background in medical field (healthcare professional) or healthcare administration

  • Experience with multi-site enterprise software deployments

  • Track record of successful healthcare software implementations

  • Knowledge of Thai healthcare regulations and hospital procurement processes
