In this role, you'll drive product decisions that impact thousands of healthcare workers and millions of patients across hospital networks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software that improves patient care and hospital operations.

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in healthcare technology
→
Own product metrics and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
→
Define product strategy for healthcare software solutions serving 5+ hospital chains
→
Lead product roadmap from concept to implementation across multiple hospital sites
→
Manage product releases and coordinate go-live activities across hospital networks
→
Drive product delivery through full development lifecycle with engineering teams using Agile methodology
→
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams
→
Partner with clinical stakeholders (doctors, nurses, hospital administrators) to understand workflow needs
→
Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare standards (PDPA, HL7, DICOM)
→
Support enterprise sales through product demos and RFP responses
→
Support enterprise implementations, including user training, change management, and post-launch optimization

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience with B2B enterprise software
→
3+ years of experience in healthcare technology or hospital systems
→
Understanding of healthcare standards (HL7, DICOM) and clinical workflows
→
Experience with Agile development and cross-functional team leadership
→
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications:
