Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide supervision and consultation to APPs, ensuring compliance with Idaho state regulations and organizational policies.
- →Supervise APPs in accordance with all applicable state regulatory requirements, including any limitations related to physician-to-APP supervision ratios or supervisory capacity.
- →Review and sign off on medical charts, as required.
- →Collaborate with APPs on clinical decision-making, offering guidance on patient care plans and treatment strategies.
- →Ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines for APP practice in Idaho.
Requirements
~1 min read- Medical License: Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Idaho.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance.
- Availability: Flexibility to provide supervision and chart review on an as-needed basis.
