  You’re at the beginning of your career and genuinely interested in developing your expertise in Payroll and People Operations.

  You have studied or are currently studying Labour Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• →

  You’re comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and detailed information, and you naturally pay attention to accuracy.

  You’re organised, proactive and curious, and you’re comfortable asking questions when you don’t know something.

  You enjoy understanding how and why things work, rather than simply following a process.

• →

  You’re comfortable handling confidential information responsibly.

• →

  You can work professionally in Spanish and have a good level of English.

  Previous exposure to A3innuva or other payroll software would be a plus.

  Previous experience in Payroll or HR administration is welcome, but not required. We care much more about your potential, attitude and willingness to learn.
