The Talent Acquisition Site Program Manager will lead all sourcing and recruiting activities for a critical data center site in Southern continental region. This role blends strategic workforce planning, program management, and hands-on recruiting execution to meet aggressive staffing milestones for both technical and operational roles.

As the primary talent partner for the site, you will manage recruiting timelines, own relationships with internal hiring leaders, external recruiting partners, and workforce development organizations, and represent the company in the local labor market. This role requires a strong understanding of data center or mission-critical operations hiring, a bias for execution, and the ability to scale talent programs from the ground up.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for data center technical and operational roles, including Data Center Technicians, Data Center Engineers, Chief Engineers, Assistant Data Center Managers, Data Center Managers, and other site-based operations roles.
  • Proactively source passive talent through direct outreach, referrals, trade schools, and community partnerships.
  • Execute high-volume and specialized recruiting efforts while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Lead staffing programs aligned to site build-out, expansion, and steady-state operations.
  • Manage and execute hiring plans, timelines, and staffing deadlines tied to business readiness milestones.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring velocity and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Serve as the primary talent advisor to site leadership, operations managers, and HR partners.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, local colleges, workforce development agencies, and external recruiting partners.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, community events, and educational partner engagements.
  • Directly manage and mentor at least one recruiter, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, prioritization, and execution.
  • Coordinate and manage agency or RPO partners as required to meet site hiring demands.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, preferably supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, engineering, facilities, or industrial operations environments.
  • Proven experience conducting hands-on, full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles.
  • Experience managing or leading at least one recruiter or recruiting resource.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with trade schools, educational institutions, and workforce development organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Experience managing recruiting programs with defined timelines and hiring targets.
  • Experience supporting data center site launches, expansions, or large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Knowledge of skilled trades, facilities engineering, or critical infrastructure talent markets.
  • Experience representing and promoting an employer brand in local or regional labor markets.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Lever and recruiting CRM platforms.
  • The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. Final compensation will be based on your own individual skills, experience, and location.
