At ServiceRocket, we help fast-growing software companies build ecosystems that expand their reach and help their customers get the most out of their software. We are looking for an Associate Solution Architect who is ready to kickstart their career at the intersection of technology and business strategy.
This is an early-career role designed to develop you into a strategic, trusted advisor. You’ll work alongside senior architects and account teams to translate complex customer challenges into structured solutions that drive real business outcomes.
This role is designed to develop the foundational capabilities required of a mature Solution Architect - including technical depth, structured problem solving, workshop facilitation, commercial awareness, and executive communication - while actively contributing to real customer engagements.
This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on in-office collaboration, ideally 4 to 5 days per week. As this is an early-career position, we believe that consistent face-to-face interaction is vital for professional development. Being on-site ensures you remain deeply integrated with the team, receive real-time mentorship, and stay aligned with our objectives—preventing the "drift" that can happen in isolation and helping you build a solid foundational network within the company.
What you’ll contribute across the solution lifecycle 💪
Market & Opportunity Development
- Support discovery conversations and technical qualification of new opportunities.
- Help articulate "value hypotheses" that align with what the customer actually needs.
- Contribute to reusable demo assets, templates, and solution patterns.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and product knowledge.
Presales & Solution Shaping
- Assist in technical workshops, evaluations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Help craft proposals, effort estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Master the art of the "technical narrative"—tailoring the story to the customer's specific context.
- Systematically capture requirements and technical constraints so nothing falls through the cracks.
Post-Sales & Delivery Alignment
- Ensure the solution delivered matches the vision promised during the sale.
- Contribute to long-term roadmap discussions and evolving customer architecture.
- Act as a bridge between the customer and our internal Product teams to share feedback and gaps.
- Document "lessons learned" to make our next engagement even stronger.
Continuous Partnership & Growth
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Identify signals of adoption friction or expansion opportunity
- Contribute to long-term customer success through technical insight and responsiveness
- Participate in knowledge sharing and reusable asset development across accounts
How This Role Evolves 🌱
The Associate Solution Architect is on a path toward becoming a strategic, trusted advisor who:
- Shapes multi-quarter customer roadmaps
- Facilitates executive alignment conversations
- Drives value-based commercial positioning
- Identifies expansion and renewal risk signals
- Develops repeatable architecture accelerators
- Contributes to cross-account pattern recognition
-The Associate role builds the technical confidence, commercial acumen, and communication mastery required to operate at this level.

Technical Chops: Proficiency in SQL, script development, and software configuration.
Developer Mindset: Familiarity with software development lifecycles, CI/CD, and the ability to handle small integration projects.
Systems Knowledge: Understanding of Operating Systems (CLI), Active Directory/IDP (Okta, etc.), and SSO/SAML.
Communication: You are a storyteller who can visualize complex ideas for any audience.
The "Quickstart" Factor: You act with urgency, thrive on deadlines, and can naturally improvise when things get tricky.
Relationship Building: You have the "soft skills" to build rapport and the "hard skills" to solve the problem.
