About the Role
This is a front-line leadership role. You run active restoration projects and the crews performing them, and own the outcome — customer experience, work quality, and job profitability.

Servpro operates across two markets with roughly a hundred people between them and more coming. We're growing, and building the management layer to grow well, not just fast.

You'd sit between the crews and operations leadership, with real authority over how work gets scoped, scheduled, and delivered.

What You Would Do
Own the customer experience and relationship on your projects, start to finish.
Respond to new losses, evaluate customer needs, and convert leads into properly scoped work.
Develop scope of work and review estimates so what's captured matches the loss.
Negotiate scope and pricing with customers, adjusters, and program administrators.
Schedule crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
Oversee crew and subcontractor quality, stepping into a Supervisor role when needed.
Manage job costs — labor, consumables, equipment — and know each project's profitability.
Keep job file documentation accurate; an undocumented job is an unpaid job.
Coach, train, and review restoration staff, and help recruit the next ones.
Enforce safe work practices without exception.

Who We Are Looking For

3+ years of operations experience, including 1+ year managing or supervising people.
Cleaning, restoration, or construction experience preferred.
Industry certifications preferred — IICRC and estimating in particular. We'll help you get what you're missing.
Judgment to make a call on-site without phoning someone first, and the sense to know when to phone someone first.
Genuine people skills — half this job is a customer having a bad week, half is a crew that needs to know where they stand.
Solid written and verbal communication; adjusters read what you write.
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Willingness to work beyond a standard day when a loss demands it, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary based on experience, set at posting.
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibility.
