- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, national accounts, or strategic sales within insurance, restoration, or related service industries.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian insurance claims environment and restoration economics
- Demonstrated credibility and effectiveness when working with insurer stakeholders.
- Experience within franchise, distributed, or multi-unit business models preferred.
- Proficiency with software commonly used in the insurance and restoration industries.
- Strong core competencies including strategic selling, commercial negotiation, executive presence, relationship-based influence, data-driven pipeline and performance management, persuasive communication, presentation skills, and a high degree of accountability and execution discipline.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or a related degree.
- Fast-paced, high pressure office environment.
- Standard working hours, based on a 40 hour work week.
- Additional working hours required as needed to complete testing assignments and projects on schedule.
- 50%+ travel as required for business needs.
- Work location: Remote - Must reside and be able to work in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, or Newfoundland/Labrador.
The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and location, with a compensation range of $152,575.00-198,306.00 CAD.
