Responsibilities

→Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project
→Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance
→Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination
→Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions
→Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings
→Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
→Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle

10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience
Experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects
Strong concrete construction experience, including foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement
Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
