We’re looking for a high-performing Growth & Marketing Strategy professional to drive customer growth, revenue, and profitability across our portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, marketing, and business, with ownership across online growth, channel diversification, and category expansion.

You’ll combine data-driven strategy with hands-on execution to identify growth opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and scale initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

• Own Growth Strategy: Drive growth across revenue, acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability by identifying and prioritizing key growth opportunities across online, diversified channels, and categories.
• Drive Channel & Category Growth: Develop and scale growth strategies across digital/e-commerce channels, new acquisition channels, partnerships, and priority categories, including GTM, market expansion, customer segmentation, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead Campaigns & Experiments: Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, GTM initiatives, and growth experiments, using data and customer insights to optimize performance and scale what works.
• Optimize Business Performance: Analyze funnel and business performance to identify gaps and growth levers, while monitoring key metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention, revenue, and unit economics.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Product, and other teams to turn growth strategies into measurable business results.

• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing strategy, performance marketing, digital strategy, e-commerce, business strategy, or related roles.
• Strong track record in online growth, campaign strategy, and customer acquisition.
• Experience developing new channels, omnichannel strategies, partnerships, or other diversified growth levers.
• Experience in category growth, GTM, market expansion, or portfolio growth is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and hypothesis-building through execution and performance optimization.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer funnel, unit economics, and marketing performance.
• Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or other high-growth environments is a plus.
