- Train & onboard teachers – Conduct onboarding and ongoing training on early childhood music education, teaching methods, lesson flow, and classroom activities.

Coach & develop teachers – Provide practical coaching and guidance to help teachers effectively engage young children through music.

Observe & evaluate teaching – Conduct class observations, assess teacher performance, and provide constructive feedback and follow-up support.

Ensure teaching quality – Monitor teacher performance and ensure consistent implementation of the Music Exploration curriculum and teaching standards across classes and centers.

Develop training resources – Create and maintain teacher training materials, teaching guidelines, and supporting resources to strengthen classroom delivery.

Drive program improvement – Identify teacher development needs, support quality assurance and evaluation processes, and collaborate with Curriculum and Academic Operations to improve the program and teaching quality
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in music education, early childhood education, teaching, teacher training, or curriculum development, with experience working with young children, preferably ages 3–6.
- Strong understanding of early childhood music education, child development, and age-appropriate music teaching approaches.
- Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and classroom management, with the ability to translate curriculum concepts into engaging and practical activities.
- Proven experience in teacher training, coaching, teaching observation, or teacher evaluation, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- English proficiency, both written and verbal, is preferred
