Responsibilities

  • →Draft, format, route, and manage technical reports, official correspondence, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables in accordance with Department of the Navy correspondence standards.
  • →Maintain centralized digital and physical filing systems and document version control.
  • →Process Visit Authorization Requests through Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or successor systems.
  • →Manage visitor control programs and site access procedures.
  • →Coordinate contractor onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • →Maintain site access rosters and personnel accountability information.
  • →Provide Sailor pay and personnel support utilizing Customer Service Professional Personnel Administration (CPPA) resources and systems.
  • →Maintain familiarity with pay and personnel policy references and updates.
  • →Attend required CPPA training events.
  • →Review routing packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
  • →Protect Personally Identifiable Information and report any data spillage incidents.
  • →Support scheduling, workflow management, reporting requirements, and operational metrics tracking.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of cumulative experience within the last ten (10) years performing pay, personnel specialist, and administrative support functions for the United States Navy or equivalent Department of Defense organizations.
  • Experience: Experience supporting Navy correspondence processes and administrative reporting, including performance reports.
  • Experience/ Familiarity with:
    • Master Military Pay Account (MMPA)
    • Salesforce
    • Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS)
    • Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS)
    • Bureau of Naval Personnel Online (BUPERS Online or BOL)
    • MyNavy Human Resources website resources
