Responsibilities

  • →Perform administrative support activities for all Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program assessment components.
  • →Coordinate communications with stakeholders, panelists, participants, and leadership.
  • →Develop and maintain annual participant lists.
  • →Prepare weekly Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program schedules.
  • →Support registration activities and development of performance graphics.
  • →Promote and coordinate panel member participation.
  • →Notify participants and collect required candidate information.
  • →Prepare and distribute warning orders and feedback surveys.
  • →Provide on-site support during assessment events.
  • →Coordinate travel using the Defense Travel System.
  • →Review travel authorizations and vouchers.
  • →Maintain travel documentation and audit-support records.
  • →Create and distribute travel status and management reports.
  • →Support financial reconciliation and reporting requirements.
  • →Serve as Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program Moderator when directed by the Government.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working with the Defense Travel System and applying Department of Defense travel processing procedures and policies.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications in a professional environment, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two professional settings exhibiting exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, superior customer service, and the ability to independently complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Associate degree in an administrative field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
