Otis Move Coordinator

The part-time Otis Campus Move Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator for all facilities-related moving functions for the Otis campus move. Serve as the main Point of Contact for all Otis campus move tasks. Under the direction of the Vice President of Support, the part-time Facilities coordinator will assist in the Otis campus move by synchronizing the following tasks: moving company coordination, new facility build-out, landlord coordination, and other tasks related to the Otis campus move. This is a temporary position to support the Otis campus move.

• Integrates all facility requirements in a designated area.
• Monitors new management changes and procedures for the Otis campus move.
• Analyzes organizational facilities needs and upgrades related to the Otis campus move.
• Facilitate construction projects, including design and deployment of new construction and building upgrades related to the Otis campus move.
• Travel to facility sites in Salina city area on a routine basis
• Ensures facility information is properly maintained and updated on a regular basis related to the Otis campus move.
• Monitors performance of facilities space to determine productivity levels and make necessary adaptations recommendations related to the Otis campus move.
• Make recommendations for improving overall facility infrastructure related to the Otis campus move.
• Serves as the main point of contact between the facilities department and specified sites concerning space requirements/requests, usage, maintenance, grounds, and custodial efforts in the Salina city area.
• May occasionally perform any task assigned to subordinate staff.

• Troubleshoots Salina city area facility issues to determine necessary corrective action required.
• Prepares and maintains the facilities for The Joint Commission surveys.
• Make appropriate recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 – 8 years of equivalent experience.
• 5 years or more in the construction/facilities field or support and logistics.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass a drug screen, KBI, MVR and Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance check.
• Lifting requirement of 10 - 15 pounds.
