Pay & Schedule
Full-time position, five days per week (Saturdays required after training has completed)
Starting hourly of $18.50/hr, plus bonus
New hires can realistically earn $49,000 to $66,000 per year (hourly plus bonus)
Company vehicle included

What You'll Do

Arrive at in-home appointments scheduled by our dedicated retail sales team
Measure the job site and present a bid to the customer
Close the job on-site whenever possible
Assist retail team with orders that do not close on site
Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team

No flooring experience is required.
